Four photographers, just one caught my attention. It was Roni Horn, her strange addition of her taking pictures of different waters. She treated the water like if it was a human, it was something precious for her. I feel related to her in the way that I am a water lover as well, every time I see water with a beautiful sky I cant leave that place without taken a picture.
I love how the water can show off so many different shades absorbing the different light sources. All her photos were about water, if she couldn’t have the water by itself, she would use something else as a platform to show off the water. Like the way she did with the girl, she used as a place; her main focus was the water not the girl.
I can tell she’s a texture lover, making the viewer fee like it blends in within the texture.
